Program Outline

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to operate, maintain and shift loads using a vehicle loading crane. This unit does not provide a high risk licence. This unit is “industry based” and is used for assessing workplace competence.

Prerequisite – There are no pre-requisites for this unit of competency.

HPOTS offers this training to corporate clients as a refresher type program to ensure their staff have the skills to operate a vehicle loading crane.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this program, Participants will have gained the following skills and knowledge:

  • Prepare for vehicle loading crane operations.
  • Operate a vehicle loading crane in line with established requirements to complete the work activity.
  • Shut down and clean area.

Upon successful completion of the Training Program, Participants will receive the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment RIIHAN307E.

NOTE: This program is held on site for corporate clients who have an operational vehicle loading crane. Call us today to arrange a date for us to come to your site and training your team!

Fees and Charges

The program fee is $2,200 per day for up to 12 participants on site. This fee includes Training and Assessment and Program material costs.
