This unit specifies the outcomes required to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding at the Advanced level. Scaffolding consists of all intermediate scaffolding work including all other scaffolding work connected with the use and operation of Hung scaffolds and Suspended scaffolds for licensing purposes.
This unit specifies the outcomes required to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding at the Advanced level. Scaffolding consists of all intermediate scaffolding work including all other scaffolding work connected with the use and operation of hung scaffolds and suspended scaffolds for licensing purposes.
Prerequisite – A person undertaking this unit must hold a current National High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) to perform scaffolding at an intermediate level CPCCSF3001.
100 points of ID – Participants must provide 100 points of identification to undertake the HRW assessment. More information is available on our policies page
On successful completion of this program, participants will have gained the following skills and knowledge:
- Plan operations.
- Select and inspect plant and equipment.
- Set up the task.
- Erect scaffold and scaffold equipment.
- Dismantle scaffold and scaffold equipment.
Upon successful completion of the Training Program, Participants will receive the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment CPCCLSF4001 and if successful in the HRW assessment will be able to apply for an HRW Licence through SafeWork NSW.

Fees and Charges
The program fee is $1,500 per person. This fee includes Training and Assessment and Program material costs.
SafeWork NSW HRW Licence Application Fee: $77.00 payable at an approved Post Office.

Day 1 – Presentation, discussion and scaffolding activities.
Day 2 – Practical scaffolding activities.
Day 3 – Theory, calculations and scaffolding activities.
Day 4 – Practical Training, theory review, and Unit of Competency Summative Assessment.
Day 5 – HRW Licence Assessment conducted by a SafeWork NSW Accredited Assessor.
