High Risk Assessment Process

After May 7, 2025, all students undertaking a program deemed as “High-Risk Work Licence” will need to apply to undertake their Safework HRW Assessment. This assessment occurs on the last day of your training.

DON’T PANIC!

HPOTS will step you through the application process on Day 1 of your training.

To be prepared you will need to have a “My Service NSW App” on your phone.

**We can help you do this if you don’t already have one.

The following programs require an application for the HRW Assessment

Forklift Truck

Elevating Work Platform (Over 11 metres)

Dogging

C6

Rigging Basic / Intermediate / Advanced

Scaffolding Basic / Intermediate / Advanced
