This program will provide you with the knowledge and skill necessary to safely and effectively operate a boom type EWP. The course meets the licensing requirements for the National High Risk Work Licence ‘WP’ and the unit of competency TLILIC2005 – Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more).
Elevating Work Platforms have become an essential tool in many industrial environments because they allow relatively quick, easy access to work sites. Boom lift EWPs are commonly used in construction, civil construction, electrical installations and repairs and of course electricity distribution where their articulation access to difficult work points.
