OH&S Consultation

HPOTS Training provides a suite of OH&S Training services.  A key element is our OH&S Consultation training program.  Delivered over 4 days split into 2 sessions this program takes participants through the key steps in establishing and running a workplace consultative committee including the OHS Act requirements, choice of available consultative arrangements, establishing the preferred consultative structure and administrative requirements to make it work.

All workplaces need some form of effective consultation system and this program also provides a useful introduction for all parties.  Both businesses and employees benefit from more effective consultation systems and the program provides participants with the skills to undertake workplace inspections, risk assessments and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
